HOW TO ORDER

Once you have chosen the photograph/s you would like me to work from and have some idea of the size of portrait you require please get in touch via the contact page with the details. It would be preferable at this stage if you could attach any photographs so that I can advise on the best ones to use.

When I have recieved your inquiry, I will reply by e-mail the same day to discuss your requirements and give you a quote and estimated completion date (usually within 3 weeks).

I guarantee that any photographs you send me will be returned to you.

When e-mailing it would be helpful if you could include your phone number in case there are any problems with contacting you.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

When your portrait is ready, I will contact you by e-mail and ask you to view your portrait online. Once you have confirmed that you are 100% happy with your portrait, I will ask for payment prior to shipping. You can pay by credit card through PayPal or by bank money transfer.

Your order will be sent worldwide by UPS or Fedex which includes insurance.
I will professionally pack your painting into a secure mailing tube and shipping from my gallery to your location.
